We’re looking for a hands-on Presales Manager to drive solutioning and customer engagements across modern workplace and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with sales teams to drive technical solutioning and support deal closures
Design and present end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Compliance, Intune, Entra ID)
Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and POCs
Architect and support M365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, Exchange, SharePoint)
Prepare BoM, cost estimates, and ROI analysis
Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with OEM teams
This position will carry indirect business/revenue targets aligned with solution adoption, customer engagement, and overall sales growth objectives.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 full stack
Proven experience in M365 migrations and transformations
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Understanding of licensing and commercial constructs
