Our client is a Kuwaiti tech company offering a user-friendly mobile app for direct pickup and delivery services, ensuring secure and real-time order tracking. Its web system and fleet management support businesses by integrating seamlessly with e-commerce, food delivery sites, and systems.

About The Role

To support the sales and bid management process by developing technically robust, compliant, and persuasive proposals for government tenders in Kuwait. This involves analyzing RFPs, designing fit-for-purpose IT solutions, preparing detailed technical documentation, and working closely with sales, legal, and technical teams to secure public sector projects.

About You

An ideal candidate must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in presales, solution design, or technical bid management, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong experience with Kuwait government tendering systems such as KAPP, CST, and other e-procurement platforms.
• Proven track record in preparing technical proposals for large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, ERP, CRM, and IT integration methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in solution architecture documentation, compliance matrices, and technical writing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organized, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Kuwait’s public sector procurement laws, IT governance frameworks, and cybersecurity regulations is a strong plus.
