The Presales Solutions Specialist works alongside the sales team to lead the technical and solution design phase of customer engagements. You will be responsible for discovering client pain points, strategize cloud-native solutions, and delivering impactful technical presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Lifecycle Support: Partner with Account Executives on their qualified opportunities and mature the Sales cycle with advice on licensing, cloud programs, technical , Solutioning and POC.
- Technical Solutioning: Design end-to-end cloud and system integration solutions across infrastructure, networking, and security. Prepare detailed BoMs, cost estimates, ROI.
- Customer Engagement: Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to understand business drivers. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase technical feasibility and ROI.
- Bid Management: Lead the technical response for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring all solutions are compliant and technically accurate.
- Partner Alignment: Collaborate with tech team and with Cloud OEM like Microsoft, AWS for co-sell readiness, funding programs (e.g., AWS MAP), and marketplace strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of core cloud services (M365, Azure & AWS).

- Communication: Exceptional whiteboarding and presentation skills for both technical and C-suite audiences.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of commercial impact and ROI in solution design.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay current with rapid cloud updates and emerging industry trends.
