Job Summary: We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role involves planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring the well-being of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons that foster social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in young children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's development.
• Monitor and document student progress and milestones.
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
