Preschool Assistant Teacher

```Duties:```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate curriculum and activities.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, either in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate physical education and hands-on learning activities.
- Experience in behavior management techniques to promote positive student behavior.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
