  • Provide visionary leadership by developing strategic plans that support the center’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Lead curriculum development initiatives that promote age-appropriate learning experiences, incorporating innovative teaching methods and developmental milestones.
  • Manage budgets effectively, including planning, monitoring expenses, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support educational programs.
  • Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
  • Cultivate relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community events to foster trust and engagement.
  • Lead fundraising efforts and community outreach initiatives to enhance program offerings and secure additional resources for the center.
  • Represent the center at public speaking engagements, community events, and industry conferences to promote our mission and build partnerships.
  • Implement classroom supervision strategies to ensure high-quality instruction while supporting teachers’ professional growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes, collecting feedback from staff and families, and adjusting strategies accordingly. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood education settings.
  • Strong background in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams of educators or administrators.
  • Excellent communication skills for public speaking, staff collaboration, and family engagement.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, and managing operational workflows.
  • Classroom teaching experience with young children to understand developmental needs firsthand.
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements, health & safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
