Job Title: Center Head – Preschool OperationsKey Responsibilities1. Admissions & Business Development
- Drive student admissions through proactive engagement and parent counseling.
- Achieve high conversion rates from inquiries to enrollments.
- Maintain and update admission records in the CRM and track inquiry progress.
- Conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective parents.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team for lead generation and follow-ups.
2. Academic Implementation & Student Experience
- Oversee the implementation of the preschool curriculum to ensure experiential learning.
- Monitor teacher performance and classroom delivery to maintain academic excellence.
- Ensure structured classroom activities and interactive learning for children.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team for teacher training and curriculum rollout.
3. Parent Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular, transparent communication.
- Address and resolve parent concerns related to academics, safety, and operations.
- Ensure timely updates and notifications are sent through the ERP system.
- Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and feedback discussions.
4. Staff Leadership & Management
- Supervise and manage teaching and non-teaching staff, including caregivers.
- Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Ensure teachers follow lesson plans and daily activity schedules.
- Manage staff attendance, leave approvals, and work allocation.
5. Center Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily center operations while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, transport, and maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular fire drills, emergency preparedness sessions, and safety audits.
6. Fee Collection & Financial Management
- Ensure 100% fee collection as per monthly targets.
- Follow up with parents regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and petty cash usage.
7. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Drive strong parent participation and engagement at all events.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team for promotional support when required.
8. Incident Management & Conflict Resolution
- Address and document any student-related incidents as per SOPs.
- Handle parent complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Resolve conflicts among staff or between parents and teachers when necessary.
Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical & Administrative Skills
- Experience in preschool management with strong knowledge of early childhood education.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for admissions and operations.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including fee collection.
- Ability to support marketing and promotional initiatives for admissions growth.
People Management & Leadership
- Strong leadership skills to manage teachers and support staff.
- Excellent parent interaction and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate, train, and mentor team members.
Communication & Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Marathi/Hindi preferred).
- Strong parent counseling skills and a professional approach to handling inquiries.
- Ability to mediate conflicts and maintain a positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Graduate in Education, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Preschool Management / Early Childhood Education (ECCEd) preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten management.
- Prior experience as a Center Head, Preschool Coordinator, or Admissions Counselor is essential.
