• Program Development: Designing and evaluating preschool curricula to ensure they meet educational standards and children's developmental needs.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising teachers and support staff.
• Student Assessment: Identifying educational opportunities for preschoolers through assessments and individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the preschool environment adheres to safety regulations and educational policies.
• Parent & Community Engagement: Communicating with families and collaborating with community organizations to support early childhood education.
