Qualification: MA/BA/B.Ed with Montessori course/diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching and administrative experience in a network school

Responsibilities:

• Conduct class observations and offer constructive feedback.
• Coordinate and oversee academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities in collaboration with other administrative staff.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
• Embrace technology, research, and stay updated with online resources.
• Regularly train teachers in effective teaching techniques.

Skills:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
