Preschool Lead Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow, learn, and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and promote positive behavior
- Passion for childcare and creating a supportive learning environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
