Preschool Lead Teacher

Full time Preschool teacher needed Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Preschool Teacher who is enthusiastic about fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for children ages 2-3. The ideal candidate will bring patience, energy, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and milestones
• Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required or preferred)
• Minimum [insert years] experience working with preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of NJ licensing requirements and early learning guidelines
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
