• Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good conduct.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress and address any concerns regarding child welfare.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to track student development and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Provide individualized tutoring sessions to support children who may need extra help in specific areas.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom that promotes exploration and learning through play.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in various educational settings.
