<Duties>

• Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education.
• Lead daily classroom activities that promote social-emotional growth, behavior management, and positive interactions among children
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports toddler care, and early intervention strategies
• Collaborate with families to communicate children’s progress and address individual needs related to child welfare and classroom behavior
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to daycare and classroom management

• Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Proven experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, & staff
• Expertise in working with children with diverse needs
• Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster positive behavior and social skills
• Experience with toddler care, daycare operations, private school environments, and classroom experience in early childhood settings
