Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones, including Montessori and other educational philosophies
• Lead daily classroom activities that promote social-emotional growth, behavior management, and early intervention strategies
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment that supports toddler care, preschool experience, and special education needs
• Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual learning needs, and support child welfare
• Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of classroom management and childcare practices
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress in literacy, math, and physical education
• Supervise assistant teachers and support staff to ensure consistent delivery of quality education and classroom experience

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education tailored for young children
• Experience working with children across diverse needs including special education and early intervention programs
