Duties

• Support children’s social-emotional growth by promoting good behavior, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation techniques.
• Conduct activities that enhance literacy education, math skills, physical education, and creative expression to stimulate overall childhood development.
• Utilize experience with children to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles, including special education needs and early intervention strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress through assessments, standardized testing results, and observational notes to inform ongoing instruction and communicate with parents or guardians.
• Engage in regular classroom experience activities such as tutoring, storytime, hands-on projects, and outdoor play to enrich learning experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development initiatives like Montessori or other specialized educational approaches to ensure a holistic learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and child welfare standards while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management techniques, and teaching physical education.

Skills
