Wisdom Tree Children's Center (WTCC) is conveniently situated near the heart of Winchester, Massachusetts. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for children between the ages of 1 year and 3 months to 6 years.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the teaching team to develop, implement and evaluate classroom teaching methods and provide a high-quality educational program that reflects the goals and values of the school;
• Develop weekly plans and implement age-appropriate curriculum that nurture and stimulate all domains of each child's development
• Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects children's learning and growth
• Observe and document children’s learning through progress reports, portfolios, and assessment tools.
• Maintain constant and open communication with parents and caregivers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Three or more years of experience as a lead preschool teacher
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.44 - $29.33 per hour
