What You’ll Do

• Lead a class of 10 preschoolers (ages 3–5) with enthusiasm and structure
• Execute and individualize developmentally appropriate lessons
• Model and reinforce a warm, positive classroom environment
• Support and mentor your assistant teacher through teamwork and daily communication
• Collaborate with leadership to shape classroom systems and routines
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families through trust and consistency

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of preschool or early childhood classroom experience
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of child development and classroom management
• Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills

Location: Fulshear, TX (inside Thrive Church campus)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (approx. 35–40 hrs/week)
