Preschool Lead Teacher – Join a Brand-New School!

The Gan Preschool is opening this summer, and we’re looking for a warm, passionate Lead Teacher who loves working with young children and wants to help build something special from the ground up.

Our program focuses on joyful learning, strong relationships, and meaningful experiences rooted in Jewish values.

What You’ll Do

• Create a nurturing, engaging classroom for preschoolers
• Plan hands-on, play-based learning experiences
• Support each child’s individual growth and development
• Build strong relationships with families
• Collaborate with a positive, team-oriented staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young children (preschool preferred)
• CDA, Associate’s degree, or higher in ECE or related field
• Warm, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
