The Teddy Bear Club is a prestigious bilingual French-English private preschool located on a beautiful 2-acre campus in Lincoln, MA, near Walden Pond and Drumlin Farm. We are currently seeking a teacher to help oversee children at lunch and during an activity period after lunch with the option to potentially also join our extended day teaching team.

Position Details:

• Hours for Lunch Activity Period Role: Weekdays, 11:15am – 1:30pm
• Hours for Lunch & Extended Day Role: Weekdays, 11:15am – 4:30pm
• Calendar: Teddy Bear Club roughly follows the public school calendar for closures
• Location: Lincoln, MA

TBC is a bilingual French/English preschool program and, thus, we would strongly prefer (but do NOT require) that our lunch teacher be able to speak some basic French. Having an EEC teacher certification is also preferred.

In this position, you will be responsible for working with students, preparing classroom areas, coordinating activities with classroom teachers and cleaning up as needed.

Candidates for this position:

- Must love working with preschoolers and be highly enthusiastic
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must enjoy working in a very team-oriented environment
- Ideally speak at least some basic French
- Ideally are an EEC certified preschool teacher

The salary for this part-time teaching role is $25/hour. There is potential for future growth within the school.

Additional Notes / Qualifications:

• Applicants must already hold valid authorization to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
• Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the operation of programs (e.g. lifting a child on to a changing table), child safety, and potential emergency situations.
