Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging lesson plans
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Foster social-emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with young children and their families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students

Note: Prior experience in daycare, tutoring, or child welfare is a plus.
