<Responsibilities>
- Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills through effective behavior management strategies.
- Provide attentive toddler care and support early intervention efforts to address individual learning needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and supports emotional well-being.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that enhance childhood development, including hands-on learning experiences and play-based exploration.
- Help maintain organized classroom environments conducive to learning, including preparing materials and managing classroom routines.
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members to share progress updates and collaborate on supporting each child's growth.
- Must be able to lift kids throughout the day
- Able to change diapers
<Qualifications>
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred; classroom experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development, classroom management, and childhood development milestones.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learners.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to implement lesson plans for various subjects such as literacy, math, and physical education.
- Experience with standardized testing or tutoring is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
