Requirements:

• Experience working in a childcare center or large group setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CDA or college degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• A love of working with young children
• A desire to do something meaningful
• A high level of energy (this is not a job for sitting)!
• Must be dependable and have excellent references

Responsibilities:

• Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and programming.
• Supervise, care for, protect, respect and nurture our precious students.
• Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior.
• Maintain professional behavior and personal appearance, adhering to the guidelines offered in the Employee Handbook
