Job Title: PRESCHOOL TEACHER

Location: Model colony, Shivajinagar, Pune

Timing :

• Preschool Teacher : 8.30 AM- 3 PM
• Job Type: Full-time, IN PRESCHOOL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment that fosters each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in alignment with age-appropriate learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities based on curriculum guidelines.
• Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports learning through play and exploration.
• Observe and assess students’ progress and development, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians about children’s progress, behavior, and daily activities.
• Promote positive behavior and classroom management strategies.
• Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.

Qualifications:

• Fresher can apply - Bachelors degree in any field (Excellent in English)
• / Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
• Preferred -Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift and carry children and materials up to 40 lbs.
• Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and sitting on the floor.
• Ability to work in a noisy and active environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
