Preschool Teacher

Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: PAC Preschools (Chembur / Mulund / Kalyan)
Timings: Morning / Afternoon batches

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities for children.
• Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Guide children in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Implement curriculum plans and participate in planning with the Coordinator.
• Monitor and document children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Maintain classroom hygiene, safety, and discipline standards.
• Organize events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth functioning of the centre.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with young children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and ability to handle children with care.
• Graduate / ECCEd / Montessori training preferred.
• Prior experience in preschool teaching will be an added advantage.
