Preschool Teacher

Position Overview:**We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic **Preschool Teacher** to inspire and nurture young learners (ages 2–5). The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment, fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.**Key Responsibilities:****1. Teaching & Learning*** Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities.* Use play-based, experiential, and creative teaching methods to engage children.* Assess and track each child’s progress and development.**2. Classroom Management*** Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.* Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence.* Manage classroom resources, learning materials, and activity setups.**3. Parent Engagement*** Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.* Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide guidance on early childhood development.* Address parent queries and concerns professionally.**4. Professional Development & Collaboration*** Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff for coordinated learning experiences.* Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school activities.* Stay updated with the latest early childhood education methodologies.

Pay: ₹10,024.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
