Salary – ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification – ECCEd / NTT / Montessori Training

Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners, introducing them to foundational concepts, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct interactive lessons focused on early childhood learning.
• Teach basic literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social interaction through play-based learning.
• Create and maintain a cheerful, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
• Use storytelling, rhymes, art, craft, and hands-on activities to make learning fun.
• Observe and assess each child’s development and share progress with parents.
• Manage classroom routines, discipline, and daily schedules effectively.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain high-quality preschool standards.

Requirements:

• Certification in ECCEd / NTT / Montessori Training.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience in a preschool/early childhood setting.
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude towards children.
• Patience, creativity, and ability to engage children effectively.
• Female candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
