Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Location: [Footprints Pre School, HSR Layout]
Timings: 8:45 AM to 2:30 PM
Salary: Half day - ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Full day - ₹22,000 - ₹25,000

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher with a minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education. The ideal candidate should be warm, enthusiastic, and capable of nurturing a safe and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor the development of each child and maintain proper records
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates
• Maintain classroom hygiene and ensure safety standards are met
• Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings

Requirements:

• Any graduate degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar preschool teaching role
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knowledge of Kannada and Telugu will be an added advantage
• Passion for working with young children
• Patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Early childhood education certifications (if any)
• Basic knowledge of classroom technology and teaching aids
