Preschool Teacher

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, engaging, and safe environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and holistic development in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.

Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning through play.

Observe and assess each child’s progress, maintaining detailed records and sharing updates with parents.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Collaborate with co-teachers and center staff to plan events, activities, and learning experiences.

Foster good communication with parents and caregivers through regular feedback and meetings.

Participate in professional development sessions and training programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCEd.

1–3 years of experience working with preschool or early learning age groups.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative, patient, and energetic approach toward teaching.

Ability to manage a classroom with enthusiasm and care.
