This is a Full-Time position scheduled Monday - Friday 9a -6p with some flexibility. The pay is $14 -15 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This role is onsite at our center: 209 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809

The Preschool 3-Year-Old Teacher plays a vital role in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for young learners. This teacher leads a cohesive teaching team, coordinates the curriculum, and manages the day-to-day operations of the 3-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education. In this role, you will foster curiosity, creativity, and independence through fun, hands-on, play-based learning experiences that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. You will also collaborate closely with assistant teachers and staff to maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while building strong partnerships with parents to support each child’s growth.
