Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children in a nurturing environment, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and encourage positive behavior.
• Engage in early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
• Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring each child's educational needs are met.
• Incorporate physical education activities to promote health and wellness among students.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.

Requirements

• 90 hrs in Preschool
• Basic, Health & Safety
• ADA
• 9 hrs in Communications
• Experience working in a daycare is highly desirable.
• .Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage children effectively.
• Previous experience working with children who require special education services is a plus.
• Passion for educating young minds and fostering a love for learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
