Preschool Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and execute the prescribed curriculum in an engaging and understandable manner.
• Capture and maintain students’ attention through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Maintain time punctuality and consistency in attendance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Uphold school values and maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• No record of negative remarks or disciplinary issues.
• Ability to engage and inspire children.
• Freshers with the right attitude and passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in early childhood or primary education will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
