Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of creating a joyful and engaging classroom environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Conduct interactive sessions including storytelling, rhymes, music, and art & craft.
• Foster children’s emotional, social, and intellectual development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment.
• Observe and document each child’s progress and share updates with parents.
• Support school events, celebrations, and parent–teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Qualification in ECCEd / NTT / MTT (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in preschool or early childhood teaching.
• Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a love for children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
