Preschool Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, joyful, and nurturing classroom environment for children aged 2 to 5 years.
• Plan and execute activity-based learning as per school’s curriculum.
• Teach fundamental concepts through play, storytelling, music, movement, and creative arts.
• Foster children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Track and assess each child’s learning progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff for smooth daily operations.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents during PTMs and updates.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, hygiene, and proper learning materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: ECCEd / Montessori Training / Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding of child behavior.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about teaching and nurturing kids.
• Ability to manage classroom and handle emotional outbursts effectively.
• Tech-friendly and willing to learn school-specific tools and strategies.
