As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children in a vibrant learning environment. You will work closely with lead teachers to implement engaging lesson plans, support classroom activities, and foster a positive atmosphere where children can thrive. What you’ll do

• Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development.
• Assist in managing classroom activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all students.
• Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs or disabilities, fostering their social and emotional growth.
• Engage with students through hands-on activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom events.
• Observe and document children's behavior and development to inform curriculum adjustments and behavior management strategies.
• Support daily routines including snack time, outdoor play, and transitions between activities to ensure smooth operations.

Basic qualifications

• 2 years experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in early childhood education or related field.
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies tailored for young learners.
• Understanding of literacy education principles and math concepts for preschoolers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
