What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Support social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Provide care for students, including assisting with meals and toileting
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with families and staff to foster a supportive community

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
• No prior teaching experience required; training will be provided
• CDA or Associate’s in Early Childhood Education preferred (not required)
