Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards and developmental goals.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student development.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• State teaching certification/licensure .
• Prior experience teaching children ages [1 Year ].
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience with [e.g., Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Play-based curriculum]
• Bilingual (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,010.81 - ₹18,000.00 per month
