Preschool Teacher

Reporting to: Center Manager/ Center head Reportees : NA

Purpose of Job : Teach preschoolers .

Classroom management (resource and student management) .

Manage teaching programs in accordance with the Lesson plans & Curriculum .

KRA

Use different techniques and strategies to achieve student learning objectives .Provide activities and materials that engage and challenge the students intellectually .Development and use different tools to assess student learning outcomes .Plan, set and evaluate student development. Supervise student conduct during class, playtime and other breaks.

Keep the parents well informed about their ward's progress .Take time out to discuss an issue, or a problematic behavior . Inform the parents about after school activities; excursions, meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,801.67 - ₹18,000.00 per month
