Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. Duties

  • Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Develop age-appropriate curriculum content that supports childhood development milestones and promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Support children with special needs by applying principles of special education and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive participation.
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction to individual student needs.
  • Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare, classroom activities, and developmental progress.
  • Maintain organized classroom management practices, including lesson planning, record keeping, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and daycare standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating a deep understanding of childhood development principles.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development techniques across various educational disciplines such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Experience with classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and foster an inclusive learning environment.
  • Background in special education or early intervention programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques suitable for young learners.
  • Prior preschool experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred.
