Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Support children with special needs by applying principles of special education and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive participation.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction to individual student needs.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare, classroom activities, and developmental progress.
- Maintain organized classroom management practices, including lesson planning, record keeping, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and daycare standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating a deep understanding of childhood development principles.
- Knowledge of curriculum development techniques across various educational disciplines such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Experience with classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Background in special education or early intervention programs is highly desirable.

- Prior preschool experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred.
