Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our earlychildhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, stimulating, andsafe learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional,cognitive, and physical development through age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on early childhood education principles.

* Create a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.

* Foster social and emotional development by teaching basic interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and self-regulation.

* Plan and lead activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, movement, and play-based learning.

* Assess and monitor children's progress, documenting observations and communicating with parents.

* Support children's development of early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.

* Establish and enforce classroom rules, encouraging positive behavior and social skills.

* Collaborate with co-teachers, assistants, and school staff to maintain acohesive learning environment.

* Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress,concerns, or milestones.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

* Experience: Prior experience as a preschool teacher, childcare provider, or related role preferred.
