Preschool teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the development of young children.

Duties
- implement Abekka curriculum that meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, a social, and spiritual needs of each child.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
- Utilize knowledge of childhood development to provide age-appropriate activities.
- Implement best practice methods and other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences.
- Educate children in various subjects including math, language, and social skills.

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged students.

-Holds a CDA or Associate's degree in early childhood education or similar area of study
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Reggio Emilia approach to learning is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
