Purpose of job

Ø Teach preschoolers

Ø Classroom management (resource and student management)

Ø Manage teaching programs in accordance with the Lesson plans & Curriculum

KRA

Towards Students

Ø Use different techniques and strategies to achieve student learning objectives

Ø Provide activities and materials that engage and challenge the students intellectually

Ø Development and use different tools to assess student learning outcomes

Ø Plan, set, and evaluate student development

Ø Supervise student conduct during class, playtime, and other breaks

Towards Parents

Ø Keep the parents well informed about their ward's progress

Ø Take time out to discuss an issue, or a problematic behavior

Ø Inform the parents about after-school activities; excursions, meetings

Ø Keep the parent feedback updated

Ø Encourage parent participation in parent-teacher meets

Towards Management

Ø Actively involve yourself in all staff meetings, educational conferences and school

Ø programs

Ø Voluntarily participate in organizing special events and other activities

Ø Maintain a healthy relation with all peers and non-teaching staff members

Ø Maintain confidentiality of information at all levels

Requirements

Education Qualification:

Ø Degree level qualification. Qualified Teacher Status e.g. Graduate

Ø Certificate in any discipline and Diploma / Certificate course in ECCE/NTT/Montessori

Years of Experience:

Ø 0 – 2 yrs (Or as per competence)

Ø The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in child development and education theories and practices

Ø Knowledge of relevant procedures to ensure that children are supervised and safe at all times

Ø Demonstrates team building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø Effective English-Speaking skills

Ø Be Flexible, consistent, fair and understanding

Ø Be able to safeguard student interests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
