Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing a curriculum that promotes early childhood education while ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in the classroom.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Facilitate activities that promote physical education, literacy education, and overall childhood development.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those requiring early intervention or additional tutoring.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Observe and assess children's development, documenting milestones and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices in toddler care.

Experience

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with students in a preschool or private school setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques.
• Familiarity with teaching physical education and literacy education is an asset.
• Previous experience in early intervention strategies is a plus.
