What You’ll Do

• Create and lead play-based, developmentally appropriate activities
• Support children’s emotional growth with positive guidance
• Collaborate with your teaching team and communicate with families
• Maintain a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom
• Light cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older with clear background check
• 6 months of professional experience in a classroom setting: preschool, childcare, or K–1st grade
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creativity, adaptability, and commitment to growth
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
