Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and social skills while ensuring the overall well-being of each child.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, and physical education activities.
• Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
• Monitor and assess children's development, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns related to child welfare.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
• Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or other early childhood education philosophies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in behavior management, childhood development, tutoring, and standardized testing is beneficial.
