We are a Christ-centered preschool that has been successfully preparing children for kindergarten since 1999. We are centrally located in Georgetown Indiana on State Road 62 (right across the street from Polly's Freeze).

We have an excellent student-to-teacher ratio, which allows us to provide your child with the nurturing and support they need to thrive. We would be happy to give you a tour of our facility and meet with you to discuss your child's educational needs. Please contact the Preschool Director to schedule a visit.

Pay based on experience

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes early childhood development. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge in classroom management, and working with children to support their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum guidelines.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning, creativity, and social interaction among preschool students.
• Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring safety, discipline, and effective behavior management strategies are applied consistently.
• Support children’s developmental milestones through tailored activities focused on literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address individual needs, including special education or early intervention requirements.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards for daycare or preschool settings while promoting child welfare.
