We are currently looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview:
As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support daily classroom activities, supervise children, and help maintain a well-organized and nurturing learning space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and leading classroom activities
• Help supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
• Encourage positive behavior and social interaction
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
• Support children with daily routines, including diapering/toileting, snacks, and transitions
• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and families
• Observe and record children’s progress as directed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with young children preferred
• A kind, patient, and reliable personality
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Must be able to meet all local and state licensing requirements, including background checks
