Preschool Teacher Assistant

Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. As a Preschool Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Create and maintain a daily schedule that includes structured learning time, playtime, and rest time
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with lead teacher to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Understanding of childhood development milestones
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- Certification or degree in early childhood education or related field is desirable

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Excellent organizational skills deliver lessons, manage classroom activities, and maintain records
- Creativity in designing engaging activities that promote learning through play
- Proficiency in math concepts to introduce basic numeracy skills to preschoolers
