Preschool Teacher - Balagere

Preschool Teachers:

1. Conducting classes as per monthly planner and time table.

2 Maintain a clean, organized, safe and child-friendly classroom environment.

3. Implementing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering their social, emotional, and intellectual development.

4. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, observing and assessing children's progress, communicating with parents, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

5. Awareness and adherence to health and safety regulations and processes at all times Lesson Planning & Curriculum Delivery

6. Plan and implement engaging and learning activities as per the lesson plans

7. Ensure flexibility to adapt to plans and strategies based on the needs and interests of the children Supervision & Care

8. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meal times, and rest periods

9. Provide personal care

10. Attend staff meetings and collaborate with other staff members Perform other related duties as assigned by the School Head
