We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating and nurturing students in their academic and personal growth. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in early childhood education or literacy education is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Educate students in various subjects, focusing on their individual learning needs and styles.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a supportive educational environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Utilize early intervention strategies to support students who may be struggling academically or socially.
• Provide tutoring and additional support for students needing extra help outside of regular class hours.
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and collaboration among students.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into teaching methods.

Skills

• Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong ability to educate and communicate effectively with diverse groups of learners.
• Knowledge of early intervention techniques to assist students facing challenges.
• Familiarity with literacy education strategies to enhance reading and writing skills among young learners.
• Background in preschool or early childhood education is preferred.
• Understanding of childhood development principles to support age-appropriate learning activities.
• Experience in private school settings is a plus but not required.
