Preschool Teacher's Aide

We’re seeking a warm, energetic Teacher’s Aide to support our Lead and Assistant Teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. You’ll help implement curriculum activities, support each child’s growth, and build positive relationships with families and staff. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18, and meet city and state licensing requirements. If not yet certified as a Group Leader, you’ll complete two early childhood education courses (preferably ECE 101 and 102) within one year and work toward an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
